1. take a favorite tank top or shirt, and measure it under armholes across. Double this to get width and compare to the sizing on this tank. 

2. Take the same shirt and measure it from shoulders down to bottom of shirt. 

3. Now compare those measurements with this sizing. For instance, if you measure 9 across your front width, doubled that is 18"  looking at this size chart, it would put you at a 2xl for this tank! Don't get hung up on the fact that your tank is a Med. This tank runs SMALL, so do the math, and you will get a size that is pleasing to you!
